My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing despite its beautiful external appearance. The initial welcome was confusing and disorganized, with untrained staff and a neglected lobby. The rooms were in dire need of maintenance and lacked basic cleanliness standards. While some facilities were decent, the overall experience did not justify the cost, making it feel like a poorly managed establishment rather than a luxury hotel.
